Minority Enrepreneurship

At the heart of The Clinic of Fine Ops is a deep commitment to closing the racial wealth gap by equipping Black-owned businesses with the tools and knowledge to succeed. We don’t just crunch numbers—we advocate, strategize, and walk alongside entrepreneurs as they build businesses that create generational wealth and social impact.

Founder Antoine Hicks comes from a legacy of Black entrepreneurship—his great-grandparents started Marcus Bookstore, the oldest Black-owned bookstore in the country. That legacy continues today in his work to build financial capacity within historically marginalized communities.

We specialize in helping minority-owned businesses and nonprofits build robust financial systems, secure funding, and grow sustainably. Our goal is to ensure these firms have equitable access to the financial and operational resources they need—not just to survive, but to lead.

When we support Black entrepreneurship, we invest in economic justice, community self-determination, and a future where equity is the norm—not the exception.

“There can be no equality without equity.”

– Antoine Hicks. Founder of The Clinic of Fine Ops, LLC.
